The School Food Tour has been busy! Here’s what’s new:

Events include:

• Oct 24, 11a-2p: Street-side cooking demo at Houghton City Center. Taste tests & recipes!
• Oct 24, 3p-9p: Eat Real Educational Market & Film Screening
• Oct 22-16: Farm to School week in Houghton & Hancock Elementary Schools
• Oct 26: The Harvest Feast – A farm to table dinner & food drive.

These events are sponsored by the Western Upper Peninsula Health Department, Portage Health, The Keweenaw Co-op and the Portage Lake District Library.
