SFT Logo Development & Thoughts on Collaboration

January 10, 2011Sara Salo 1 Comment

A School Food Bicycle Tour logo is in the works! I met with my fabulous graphic designer yesterday and am super excited to see where our conversation will take his creativity. Stay tuned for updates.

(psst! Want to see something funny? Below is an image that I tried to draw a few months ago when I thought maybe I could design a brand myself. Now you see why I brought on a professional. It’s ok, you can laugh.)

I can now truly appreciate the collaborative efforts that are necessary to develop a truly comprehensive and well-rounded organization. The input I have received from experts in the fields of food systems, cycling, design, non profits and school food, among others, has proven to be invaluable to the success of the Tour. A big thank you to everyone who has taken the time to chat with me on the phone or in person.
