New goodies

Two things from Saturday:

1. I finally upgraded to an iPhone – expect more photos and real-time tweets from me.

2. Rogue Valley Farm to School in Ashland, Oregon sent me an awesome t-shirt!

Here, I use my new technology to snap a shot of their great  logo.

Thanks Tracy!!

Go Be It: Ideas for change

Theme of the Week: Expand your horizons

  • Pick out a fruit or vegetable at the store or during lunch that you have NEVER eaten – give it a try! Use all your senses.

FAMILIES:

  • Try making an out-of the ordinary meal. Pick a new cuisine or different flavors to experiment with.

SCHOOLS:

  • Include healthy living in your daily announcements – 1 tip each day can make an impact!

Folks, remember: “Decide what to be and go be it.” -The Avett Brothers
