Michigan Team Nutrition has an excellent book list of over 400 titles that cover healthy living topics. This is a great resource for teachers looking to incorporate food and physical activity into their curricula.
Working from Montana
I made the long drive out to Bozeman, Montana yesterday to help out a friend who is recovering from surgery. I’m looking forward to a little change of scenery – I have a feeling Big Sky country will be a great location to complete some serious Tour planning.
